Abstract
Tuya sutiga ishlov berish va sut mahsulotlari tayyorlash. Turli xalqlarda tuya sutidan tayyorlanadigan sut mahsulotlari xaqida ma’lumot berilgan. Tuyachilikning tarqalishi va xozirgi kunga rivojlangan xududlarda tura sutini qayta ishlash korxonalari yoritilgan. Xalq xo’jaligida ishlatinilshi va foydalanish istiqbollari.
